Pureplay is new golf simulator software, and Early Access means you're buying into software that's still being built. That can be fine. Just know what you're getting on day one and what is still only a plan.

When it opens and how you'll hear

Pureplay's homepage gives the opening as November 6, 2026, at 5 p.m. Eastern. Its waitlist promises an email when access goes live.

The public pages don't clearly say that joining the waitlist is required, or that it guarantees you a place. If that matters to you, ask Pureplay directly.

Check your launch monitor against the official list

Pureplay's FAQ names these launch-monitor integrations:

  • Square Golf
  • Spectrum Element
  • ProTee VX
  • GolfJoy
  • VTrack
  • Nova
  • NVisage
  • Bullseye
  • Garmin

The FAQ says more integrations are in progress. A brand button somewhere else in the FAQ doesn't by itself mean that brand is supported. Go by the named list.

The list names brands, and some brands make more than one model. Confirm your exact model, and any model-specific requirements, with Pureplay before you pay. Our builder can also help you check whether your monitor suits your room.

Check your PC

Pureplay lists these platform requirements:

  • Windows 10 or 11
  • 50 GB of free storage
  • TPM 2.0 enabled
  • Internet for activation, and at least once every seven days after that. Some features need a connection.

Mac isn't supported at launch, according to the FAQ.

For graphics and memory, Pureplay lists four tiers:

TierGraphics cardMemory
Minimum 1080pRTX 3060 or RX 6750 XT16 GB
Higher 1080pRTX 3070, RTX 3060 Ti or RX 680016 GB
4KRTX 3080 or better32 GB
Higher 4KRTX 4070 or better32 GB

The FAQ doesn't list a minimum or recommended processor. If you're unsure whether your CPU is enough, ask Pureplay before you buy.

If your simulator PC is close to the minimum, compare it against the FAQ again on the day you buy. Requirements for software in development can change.

For more on where simulator software runs and what you can take with you, see Golf Simulator Software: Where It Runs, What You Can Keep, and How to Switch.

Read the price and renewal terms

Pureplay sells a yearly license for one PC. Its published founders price is US$249 plus applicable tax for the first year. After that, it's US$299 per year plus tax, and it renews automatically until you cancel.

The founders offer applies to purchases made before 11:59 p.m. Pacific on December 17, 2026. So you don't need to buy on opening night to get that first-year price, going by the current pricing page.

Check the renewal amount and tax at checkout. Put a reminder in your calendar before the first year ends if you want to decide again then.

One license, more than one player

The license is tied to the PC, not to each player. Multiple people can play on the licensed PC, each signing in with their own Pureplay account.

What's included now, and what's still a plan

According to the FAQ, the subscription covers:

  • Pureplay's own course library
  • Practice tools
  • Multiplayer

Pureplay says the library will grow during Early Access, but it isn't publishing the full list of named courses yet. If you want specific courses, you can't confirm them from the public pages today.

These are planned, not launch features:

Buy based on what's there at launch. Treat the rest as a possible bonus.

Before you buy: checklist

  1. Find your exact launch monitor in the official FAQ list. Confirm model-specific requirements with Pureplay.
  2. Check your PC: Windows 10 or 11, GPU, RAM, 50 GB free, TPM 2.0 on, and an internet connection at least once every seven days (FAQ). No processor is listed, so ask Pureplay if you're unsure about yours.
  3. Confirm you aren't planning to run it on a Mac. It isn't supported at launch.
  4. Read the first-year price, the renewal price and tax at checkout (pricing). Renewal is automatic until canceled.
  5. Decide if the launch course library and practice tools are enough on their own. Don't count on leagues, tournaments, community courses or the mobile app yet.
  6. Remember it's Early Access. Features, courses and timelines can change.
